| I have called upon Rick for several years and enthusiastically recommend him to Mac users when they have computer problems or needs. He is so skilled at diagnosing problems, finding the cause, and fixing the problem(s). He is up-to-date on software updates available; on new advances in the Apple computers. And what I especially appreciate about Rick is that he helps you know how to use the computer to do what you want and need of your computer - unlike "other" sources who insist on telling you everything the commuter can do and leave you completely confused. Excellent service and Quick
| I've had the opportunity to use Itech twice. Our business depends on our computers, so when a hard drive crashes or we have hardware problems we can not afford to wait 7-10 business days for the apple store to send it out for repair. Itech has repaired our computers by the next day and had us back in business. At a very fair price, I might add. I highly recommend him even above the outside repair companies the Apple Store will suggest, Rick is fair and very personable, you don't feel like you're going to be mugged by the repair people when you go into the store (like some unmentioned repair store in Denver). |

I love MacItech
| I have used Ricks services for 10 years. He has always solved our computer problems, even the ones we created ourselves.(which have been many). He is honest, reliable and trustworthy. He keeps his agreements and, charges fairly for his expertise, time and service. As a female customer, I feel safe having him come to my home. I've always consulted Rick before making any Mac purchases, and he has always steered me in the right direction and has saved me a lot of money and head aches in the long run. He's the man! |

| Macintosh Computer Itech is a one-man tech-support company owned by a guy named Rick. I've been calling Rick for about nine years now, and he has never let me down. He's a terrific tech who gives his customers quick, reliable service at great prices. He also deals in used macs. I've now purchased three of them from him -- all winners. Best of all, once you establish an on-going relationship with Rick, you can call him with questions and, maybe, he can talk you through the problem. Always There, gets it done fast
| Rick has always been here for me. Never have to wait and gets the work done, have no problems with him. I can even call him and he can fix things on the phone. Have always been satisfied with his work. Good Prices and easy to understand. I have purchased 2 Macs from him and have been more than satisfied with them both. |

Went the distance and followed up
| I had a relative spill coffee on my Mac frying the logic board. He showed me photos of the board, discussed options and , after I decided to purchase a new system, helped me transfer all of my hard drive files. He has since followed up to make sure everything is running smoothly. I will go to him again with my Mac repairs. |
